Assessment

Until very recently assessing Leadership Capability was only based on IQ scores, Psychometrics, and /or  using  more 'typical' leadership 'Type' indicators; which have been proven to  assess only an individual's leadership capability against a specific framework or against known/ set parameters.

We assess Leadership Capability based on their 'individual' potential.

Using MindScapability™ we gain a powerful and wholly unique insight into the current level and development capability of each persons' Leadership Emotional Intelligence.

MindScapability assess Emotional Intelligence capability and potential, using evidence based responses, against 58x identified and researched EQ competencies; which are in turn benchmarked against  six levels of effectiveness - . Resulting in an 'absolute' measure between Incongruence and Mastery across a matrix of some '348' distinct fields.
