Assignment Delivery
Prior to the commencement of each
assignment we:

talk with the client/sponsor in
order to define specific outcomes

meet with the Coachee to identify
suitable match re: personality capability and expertise
-
Arrange an informal first (˝ hour)
session to gauge suitable match
-
Review and replace coach if
necessary
-
agree assignment parameters with all
parties
-
begin coaching process
During each assignment we:
-
undertake an individual capability
assessment using MindScapability™ (if required)
-
create an individual Personal Development Plan
with the Coachee
-
provide advice, guidance and
coaching support against objectives
-
review progress against objectives
monthly
-
feedback on any additional or new
issues which have arisen
-
advise on additional development or
learning support requirements
-
provide ongoing support and feedback
with client/sponsor (if required)
After each assignment we:
-
carry out a formalised assignment
review
-
feedback directly with
client/sponsor
-
assist client/sponsor with their
follow-up and support
-
agree next stages (if required)
