Each coaching assignment can range from a single

Talent Development

organisation and using our unique 360 degree 'Hi-Potentials' approach; we will create an individual development plan, based upon company specific
competencies, as well as a range of universal leadership modelling criteria.
Each person then receives a structured, and very
specific, range of learning & development interventions which will be gauged specifically to enable absolute competence within tight time frames.
