Leadership Assessment

We gain a very unique insight and a highly intuitive perspective with regard to each persons actual development requirements through MindScapability™.

MindScapability assess Emotional Intelligence capability, using evidence based responses, against 58x identifiable EQ competencies, which are in turn benchmarked against  six levels of capability. Resulting in an absolute measure between incongruence and mastery across a matrix of 348 fields.

Each coaching assignment can range from a single one-off session to multiple sessions over several months. We recommend that each session only lasts for two hours at a time and that they are adequately spaced apart to ensure that there is sufficient review and implementation time between sessions.

Talent Assessment

We combine the best 'Hi-Potential' assessment methodologies from across the world in order to identify exactly what and where the talent exists in your organisation.  We can provide  a highly tailored and individual (1:1) assessment process, or indeed create a unique 'team' based full assessment programme.

Talent Development

Having identified the Talent within your organisation and using our unique 360 degree 'Hi-Potentials' approach; we will create an individual development plan, based upon company specific competencies, as well as a range of universal leadership modelling criteria. 

Each person then receives a structured, and very specific, range of learning & development interventions which will be gauged specifically to enable absolute competence within tight time frames.

Interventions may include, but will not be limited to:  Associate Network Support, Off-Site and Inter-Company - Cross-Assignment Development, Mentoring, Executive Coaching, Specific Leadership Task and both Individual and Team based Development Workshop Programmes.
